"Word of Life" Sessions at Living Christ
On Sunday, January 8, 2012 Living Christ began the "Word of Life" Sessions.The sessions begin at 10:45 AM on Sunday mornings. These sessions focus mainly on the Word (the Bible) and how it relates and is applied in one’s daily life. The sessions begin with song and prayer followed by a small group discussion on Pastor Paul's message on a Biblical topic or text. Word of Life sessions concludes with individual prayer requests and praises.
Child care (ages 3 on up) will be made available for children and youth through our Sunday school’s educational hour.

Valentine Dinner February 18th
“Puppy Love”
The Comfort Dog Ministry of Living Christ has proven to be a tremendously successful program bringing the love and compassion of Christ to children and adults in all sorts of situations. Since traveling to Joplin Missouri last spring bringing comfort to the victims of the devastating tornadoes, our own JoJo has been most active in attending local community events, visiting shut-ins, nursing homes, local school children, and of course her weekly visits with her friends at Panera Bread.
LCLC Comfort Dog Ministry is not funded through the general budget of our church, but solely through donations from enthusiastic supporters and fund raising events such as the note cards and Christmas cards sold throughout the last month. A special thanks to all who supported this ministry through your purchases.
On February 18th the Comfort Dog Team will be hosting a Valentine Dinner.
The theme is “Puppy Love” and will feature one of the best known movies about Puppy Love for the young at heart and a silent auction for the more mature of heart. At 5:30 there will be a sit-down family style dinner, spaghetti of course in keeping with the story line from the movie, followed by the silent auction and the movie.
Tickets will be $8.00 per adult, $4.00 per child 10 years and under. Families of 4 or more children under 10 years of age will be $30.00

From the creators of “Courageous the Movie” all men are invited to an interactive book study called “The Resolution for Men”. On Saturday February 25 @ 8:00 AM, we will begin 12 weeks delving into a variety of resolutions that men need to keep. These resolutions are not for the faint of heart.
